Canning Log for 2013- Goal 1000 jars
Canning Log 2012- Goal 1500 Jars.- Totally behind on updating but I only got 384 jars canned in 2012.. much lower then normal but then again, my gardening this year was bad due to major drought conditions, combine that with the fact that most of my butchering of large livestock is taking place in Jan of 2013 instead of occuring late in 2012 and my whole typical year is moved out of place this year..

Duck broth, now theirs something I never though of. You are amazing to be able to do all that. but I think a little more jam is needed. lol. This is fast becoming my all all time favorite blog. So much great info and inspiration to keep learning all theses wonderful canning items.
